Vacant Properties

To continue to make Spokane a more lively and vibrant city, we need the support of property owners who make their spaces available. In the last year and a half, we've activated 11 downtown locations with the artwork of 36 different artists providing significant clean-up and adding vibrancy to otherwise empty spaces. We've also recently completed our first ever Creative Enterprise training program and are actively looking for space for these amazing local creative entrepreneurs. By partnering with WD, property owners can expect: an increase in foot traffic, a decrease in vandalism, highlighting of the property's potential, positive stories in local media and potential future tenants. We currently work with a number of property owners around town, and are always looking for more.
